Graphic design is seen as the more commercial side of art. It combines text with information and images to create an applying or eye-catching piece of work to sell something, or inform. Graphic design is usually planned and structured using the principles and concepts of design. Design uses typography, symbols, vector drawings/sketches and page layouts to complete a work.
