|graphic design school.[fouthedition]

AUTHORS: David Dabner. Sheena Calvert and Anoki Casey

Graphic Design School(4th ed.) is a book filled with a lot of information ranging from small tutorials in photoshop and other design programs to typography and web-design. This book gives you a lot of basic information you need to learn all about Graphic design and everything that comes with it.

The book is divided into two parts Principles and Practice. the book is set out pretty much like a crowded textbook. In some areas it appears over designed, and in others fine, the book has a lot of helpful and handy information. The software programs listed have very clear instructions and clear screen shots which is helpful also. Everything is explained nicely even though some pages can be overwhelming.

All Round though, this book would be a handy collection to own, but probably not a good book to take out on loan unless the time period for the loan is ten weeks long.
